By completing the registration process , you are acknowledging and accepting the terms and conditions of this refund policy: Except as expressly provided in this refund policy, National Prospects will not issue exchanges or refunds for any event. An "event" includes, but is not limited to, North American and European tours, tournaments, skills sessions and camps, and other on ice programs.

National Prospects reserves the right to change the date of an event if there is a conflict with the level of the competition, or if there are not enough players, Cancelled or Postponed Programs and Events Refunds will not be issued for events hosted by third parties unless the third party event is cancelled in its entirety and there is no possibility for rescheduling. A refund will not be issued for postponed events or changed dates. National Prospects must receive a full refund from the third party host for all fees, deposits or other monies paid for the cancelled event. If a third party issues a partial refund to National Prospects. Refunds for the cancellation are subject to National Prospects discretion. All refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment.

Participants that enter into our events and play on our teams vary by level, if for some reason our team is not strong enough, or we do not have enough players, we hold the right to reschedule and offer alternative options of equal value to the client. Non-recoverable costs will not be refunded. Non-recoverable costs includes, but are not limited to, team uniforms. Merchandise and Uniforms Team uniforms are final sale. Prospects merchandise and gear is subject to exchange for the same item in a different size within 30 days of purchase. There are no returns on merchandise.
